100 years since Armistice

Today marks 100 years since the treaty was signed to end World War One. So today, in Australia at 5PM on the 11th of November pipers across the world played “The Battle’s O’er”, a tune written for the occasion. At 5PM it’s 6am where the treaty was signed – exactly 100 years. Here is my humble commemoration of the moment, played at our home and showing the beautiful land that the young members of the Australian Defence Force fought to protect.

When The Battle’s O’er

Lest we forget.
